Sofia Varela

Sofia is a second year student at Emory University majoring in Environmental Science on the Social Science and Policy track and minoring in Sociology. She is from Evanston, Illinois. Sofia is a part of the CECHS team in the Saikawa lab. She is interested in community engagement and sustainable food systems.
