Dr. Eri Saikawa has been conducting interdisciplinary research since 2013 at Emory University. 

​

The Saikawa Lab is proudly sponsored by Emory University, the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Syngenta, and Microsoft. 

​

​

​

Current projects include implementation of citizen science at home and abroad to influence local policy decisions, researching climate mitigation strategies via a novel food to waste mechanism, educating K-12 on air pollution in Atlanta, GA, and identifying the linkages between factors of race and immigration status to air pollution exposure. 

​
