Meet Adelaide, a true Atlantan with a passion for making cities better for everyone. After studying City Planning at Georgia Tech, Adelaide set out on an amazing journey to make a difference in affordable housing. She spent ten years in Boston, working on big projects that helped families find safe and affordable homes. From there, she joined national organizations like NeighborWorks and Enterprise Community Partners, where she invested in communities across the country.

But Adelaide's impact didn't stop there. In 2011, she packed her bags and headed to Johannesburg, South Africa, where she fought for more affordable housing options across the continent. Now, back in Atlanta since 2018, Adelaide is making waves as the Senior Director for Strategy, Policy & Innovation at Atlanta Housing (AH). She's also leading the charge on sustainability, making sure that the homes AH builds are good for both people and the planet. Adelaide's journey proves that no matter where you go, you can make a difference in the world around you.
